On a glorious sunny morning in December, other dog walkers at Coombe Abbey were probably surprised to see a
collection of
Smooth and Wire Haired Fox Terriers, and other invited friends, all taking a mid morning stroll around the abbey
grounds.
With dogs both young and old, all were impecably behaved and appeared to thoroughly enjoy the experience.
It was particularly nice to see litter brothers Banner and Jake making friends again after 13 years apart.
Arranged by Margaret Rose (Bannside) and the Birmingham & District Fox Terrier Club there was a plentiful
supply of mulled wine, mince pies and hot dogs for everyone to enjoy.
